In 1960 Harris & Schroeder Builders, Inc. was formed as a partnership between H. Roland Harris & Glenn Schroeder. Glenn Schroeder retired in 1992 and H. Roland Harris retired in 1987. James M. Harris, a third generation builder has worked with his father most of his life and has been an equal partner since 1987 and also a sole owner since 1998. Harris & Schroeder Builders, Inc. has benefited by establishing an excellent working relationship with local and national customers within our geographical work area. Most of the work with these companies has been negotiated or performed on a time and material basis. South Florida now has the toughest building code standards in the nation and Harris & Schroeder Builders strive to give our customers the best possible service and quality construction.
